Q. Will I receive a confirmation by the post?
A.
If you have booked online you will have received a confirmation by e-mail. You will not receive another copy of your confirmation through the post. Once you have paid for your holiday in full, you will receive your 'Holiday Passport' by e-mail. Please print this off and present it on arrival at your holiday Park. If you are unable to print your confirmation please take your booking reference number and present on arrival along with a form of Photographic ID for the lead name.
