Q. How can I change my details held in My Account?

 
 

A.

You can make changes to your personal information by logging into My Account, where you can edit your telephone number, email address and password. All notifications of name or address changes require a letter with a signature to be sent to our head office at the following address: Customer Care, Haven Holidays, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4YL. Alternatively the letter can be scanned and email directly to us at enquiries@haven.com. Or faxed to 01442 233669. If you are having problems logging into My Account, please call us on 01442 203 344.
