Q. How do I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your personal information by logging into My Account, where you can edit your telephone number, e-mail address and password. All notifications of name or address changes require a letter with a signature to be sent to our head office at the following address: Customer Care, Haven Holidays , 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4YL. Alternatively the letter can be scanned and email directly to us at enquiries@haven.com. Or faxed to 01442 233669. If you are having problems logging into My Account, please call us on 01442 203 344.
