Car Breakdown Cover

• 24 hour roadside assistance and towing up to £250 per car
• Recovery, care hire and accommodation costs up to £2,500 per car

Travel & Leisure insurance specialists TPS Limited has arranged this insurance, which is provided by UK underwriting Limited and underwritten by AXA Insurance UK Plc.

Personal Insurance

One low price covers everyone in your holiday party.  It includes an emergency assistance service for your home FREE of charge.

Even though you are holidaying within the UK, you may still face unforeseen expenses if you are injured or fall ill on holiday. For a low cost our Personal Travel Insurance can help you to avoid any such costs. For the health and possessions of all the members in your party whilst on holiday, our insurance includes complete peace of mind and also includes HomePlan™ an emergency assistance service for your home while you are away. All this from just £4 per accommodation per break.

Haven strongly recommends you protect your party for complete peace of mind during your Holiday. For example, the NHS will not pay for additional board and travel expenses and they might even charge you for the use of the ambulance if they have to return you home.

Cover includes:

• Personal Accident up to £10,000 per person
• Personal Possessions up to £1,000 per person
• Hospital Benefit up to £600 per person
• Personal Money up to £400 per person
• Return to Home up to £1,000 per person

Our policy contains conditions and exclusions relating to you or anyone else on whom your holiday depends. The policy contains a 14 day Premium Refund Guarantee. Please refer to the policy wording which will be sent to you with your holiday confirmation.

Cancellation Plan

The Cancellation Plan covers your cancellation in the event that any member of your part are unable to attend due to sickness, redundancy or jury service.

Proof in the form of a doctor’s certificate, employer’s or court notification will be required in writing by recorded delivery prior to your confirmed holiday start date.

Customers covered by our Cancellation Plan and complying with any of the conditions above in respect of sickness, redundancy or jury service will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid subject to:

• An administration charge of £70, unless your cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your holiday start date, in which case the refund will be limited to 30% of the total holiday cost.
• The sliding scale below applies when cancelling a holiday for reasons other than those shown above.
• Payments made with vouchers or credit notes, which will not be refunded.

Our Cancellation Plan is included in the price of all grades of accommodation except Standard Caravans. For peace of mind we recommend our Cancellation Plan for those staying in Standard Caravan accommodation at £24 per 8/7/6 nights, or £16 per 5/4/3 nights, per accommodation unit booked.

Celebration Packs

Having a party? Then why not book one of our Small or Large Party Packs. 

The Small Party Pack is perfect for celebrating a special occasion and is £12 per pack. The celebration pack reserves a dinning table for up to 4 people. It includes a celebration cake, streamers, helium balloons, party hats, blowouts and party poppers!

The Large Party Pack includes everything that the Small Party Pack offers, plus a bottle of Cava. All that for just £24 per pack.

Diner's Choice

Enjoy the best of both worlds. Diner's Choice gives you the flexibility of staying in a Self-Catering accommodation as well as enjoying a full breakfast and 3-course evening meal in our Half Board restaurant. All for the special advance price of only £12.00 per person (aged twelve and over) per day. Children under 12 pay half price.

Bed Linen Pack

Save having to pack it yourself, by hiring a freshly laundered pack of linen. To save bringing it with you, hire your linen from us in advance. One pack is required for every bedroom in your accommodation. The bed linen pack includes a duvet cover, pillow case covers and bed sheets for £10 per pack. Available for Standard or Standard Plus accommodation only.

For Children

Cot rail*
Our cot rails are suitable for young infants and be fitted to our single beds in the accommodation.

Bed Guard*
Our bed guards are suitable for toddlers/young children and can be fitted to our single beds in the accommodation. It can help stop children from rolling off beds.
 
Travel Cot*
Cots are suitable for infants up to 12 months old. You will need to bring your own cot linen. In most holiday homes cots will only fit in the living room area.

Pushchair*
Travel light and save having to pack your own by hiring one of our pushchairs. Whether you are going on a short walk around the Park or a long walk through the woodland, our pushchair gives you the freedom to take your baby anywhere you go.

Highchair*
Save room in your car with the added convenience of hiring a highchair for your child. Highchairs are available in the restaurants.

*Need to be requested at the time of booking at £10 per 8/7/6 nights or £5 per  5/4/3 nights at selected Parks. Please note that there is a £10 refundable deposit for all hire goods.

Pets

Enjoy your holiday with your family pet.  We welcome well-trained dogs in selected accommodation (Standard and Standard Plus Self-Catering accommodation) at selected parks.

Haven reserve the right to decline certain breeds/cross breeds of dogs, which are listed below:

• Dogo Argentino
• Fil Brasiliero
• Japanese Tosa
• Pit Bull Terrier

Please ensure your dog wears a collar and identity tag, and is on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or pet considered a nuisance, or to be affecting the comfort of guests, to remove it from the Park.

Hire Goods

Microwave*
Cook in your own time without the need of supervision. A microwave is great for quick and easy snacks in your accommodation. Available for hire at selected Parks for £20 per 8/7/6 nights or £10 per  5/4/3 nights.

Patio Set*
Practical plastic table and chair set for outdoor use available for hire. Easily cleaned and great for all types of outdoor events. Available for hire at selected Parks for £20 per 8/7/6 nights or £10 per  5/4/3 nights.

*There is a £10 refundable deposit for all hire goods.

Maid Service

Take advantage of our house cleaning service to ensure that your accommodation is always clean and tidy. Enjoy more of your holiday without the worry of having to clean. Available at Littlesea Holiday Park only.
