Coming soon to selected Parks

As from 1st June Wireless Internet Access will be available across 4 Haven Parks: Haggerston Castle, Berwick, Church Farm, and Rockley Park, but please watch out as there are more Parks that will have WiFi access soon.

With Haven WiFi connect to the internet when you are anywhere within our holiday resort using radio frequency instead of physical wire.

Keep in touch, share your holiday experiences with your friends & relatives through messaging and email. The wireless coverage is available anywhere on Park and even in the comfort of your Holiday Home.

Haven WiFi also supports access to laptop, PDA, Wireless game consoles and music and entertainment services so you can freshen up your music player whenever you wish.

Connect and Pay

Paying by credit card on the laptop

Log on to the internet when on Park and follow the instructions shown to pay.

1. Turn on your wireless enabled device ensuring your wireless device is enabled.

2. Select Haven WiFi from the available wireless networks.

3. Open your internet browser. The Haven landing page will now appear.

4. Click on your preferred method of payment and enter the details required.

5. Click on ‘New user’ and you can now enter your personal details to obtain a login password and username.

6. If you are experiencing problems please call the helpline ‘Nexus Computer Services’ on: 0844 499 4512.

Calls to the helpline cost 5p per minute from a BT landline.
Other operators may charge an additional rate.

Buy your vouchers

Buy your vouchers whenever you see the Haven WiFi sign. Vouchers have joining instructions on them (see below). For Technical Support Please Call: 01189 433 933

To use WiFi Internet Vouchers

1. In your control panel, select and view available wireless networks
2. Select “Haven WiFi”
3. Select ‘VOUCHER’ user enter the code shown in the box on the voucher

Wicoms network is one of the most secure available for public access, verified by Intel® as part of the Wireless Verification Programme. Whether your using internet wireless or wires, it’s essential to take some basic steps to protect your device:

• Install robust and updateable anti-virus software and personal firewalls.
• Ensure that you turn off automatic login facilities.
• Use a secure VPN if connecting to a corporate network.
• Ensure that your computer is password protected.
• Don’t leave your laptop unattended in a public place, and lock it if necessary.
• Be careful not to leave your credit card details exposed.
• Only enter any personal banking details once you know the website is secure (look for the padlock symbol on your browser and click on it to confirm that the site is secure).

Personal Information

Haven require personal information at login to comply with European data retention directives. This information will be made available to authorities as required and not for marketing purposes.
