Our wide range of sports facilities are for all the family to enjoy. A good holiday is having a change, doing something different, and blowing away the pressures of life with some healthy exercise. Here's how. 

If you're up for something new, nobody offers you more. You can try increasingly popular pursuits like fencing, archery, tennis or golf, including all equipment, under the eye of professional coaches.

SportsZone Programme

Football – Free access on all-weather pitches including 5-a-side, penalty shoot-outs, mini matches and training skills guarantee that by the time you've finished your Haven Holidays you'll be a football star.
Shoot-the-Hoop – Leap and dribble like the stars of the NBA - Non-stop, slam-dunk action at the basketball hoop. 
Uni-Hock – Fast and fun uni-hoc is a version of hockey that’s ideal for all ages of your family.
Kwik Cricket – Bowl like Shane Warne and bat like Kevin Pietersen! Kwik Cricket is a whole new ball game. Based on the traditional English version and given a twist to make it faster and much more fun for your family. 
Racket Games – Tennis, Badminton and table tennis. 
PLUS... inline skating, trampolines, bike hire, outdoor FunZones, snooker & pool.

Coke FC Football Coaching*

Coke FC Football Coaching has been highly successful for three years and we're making it stronger every season. Book early to be sure of your place on this excellent football coaching programme.

It’s a great opportunity for boys and girls to improve their ball skills and tactical play, get some hot scoring tips and play some competitive matches at their best level. Everyone's a winner at the Coke FC Football Coaching courses. 
Suitable for 5-7's, 8-11's and 12 plus years old.
Available between 4 May - 2 September.

Kids Alive

Wake & Shake Sessions, Tri Golf, Frisbee Fun & Games, and Agility Training
Available at all Parks throughout the season.

Suitable for 5-7  and 8-12 year olds.

Mini Tennis
Suitable for 5-7 year olds.

Stunt Kites
Suitable for 8-12 year olds and 12+.
Only available at Perran Sands and Riviere Sands throughout the season.
Diablo
Suitable for 8-12 year olds and 12+.

Discover Archery*

Relaxing but challenging, with this increasingly popular Olympic sport, you can aim to discover its exciting pull.

Climbing Wall*

For climbers with some experience or adventurous beginners, our great programme of activities are now available for your enjoyment.

Discover Fencing*

For fitness, sharpness, speed and co-ordination, this engaging sport is open to holiday guests.

Mini Fencing*

Mini Fencing is the perfect activity to capture the imagination of kids. It teaches discipline, control and hand eye co-ordination. The foam weapons are soft enough to be safe for use wearing only normal gym kit and the mask provided, yet stiff enough to fence with.

Discover Golf*

Our Park holds a Masterclass session every week throughout peak season. The sessions include equipment hire. They're run by golf professionals for beginners and improvers. Take the opportunity to play a round whilst on holiday.

Family Tennis Coaching*

This includes coaching sessions with a circuit pro coach, and Short Tennis for youngsters. Time to tighten up that serve, strengthen that backhand, and get even more from this family sport.

Pilates*

Less difficult than it sounds, fully qualified instructors provide a range of simple exercises and routines that can improve fitness, well-being and relaxation. It's open to everyone 16 or over, at all levels of fitness, so why not just try it?

Roller Disco*

Hire the gear, hit the floor (not literally) and you're ready to enjoy dancing on wheels. It's also an opportunity to work on a few moves of your own. This is a fun fitness activity all the family can enjoy, with great disco and dance music creating a lively atmosphere.
Sessions last 45 minutes.
Suitable for 4yrs+.

Roller Extreme*

For those who enjoy the most fun you can have on eight wheels, here's the chance to do your stuff on those grind rails and speed bumps. With tuition on hand for beginners as well as improvers who'd like to perfect their moves. You don't have to be another Tony Hawk, just strap your blades on and have a go.
Suitable for 6yrs+ confident on roller blades.

RopeWorks*

Ropeworks at Hafan y Môr is a truly breathtaking challenge. Improve your balance and co-ordination while you have loads of family fun. Qualified instructors will make sure all the family gets the most from this fantastic activity.
