Site Fees and Running Costs

As with any home there are running costs. These include annual site fees, local rates and electricity as well as insurance.
The costs also cover, for example, all the Park maintenance, landscaping, security and use of the Park's facilities. A guide on average is £6,000 per annum.
Annual site fees and running costs vary depending on location, model, age, size and condition of the Holiday Home and fluctuations in the cost of rates, gas and electricity.
How to spread the cost of Holiday Home Ownership:

Subletting your holiday home is an excellent way to contribute towards the overall running cost. To help you, we operate two schemes that remove all the hassle, and help to maximise letting opportunities.
For the first year or ownership, we offer the Guaranteed Letting Package, which can be used to offset the purchase price of your Holiday Home or, alternatively put towards your site fees for your second year of ownership.
We also offer an alternative letting package - Executive Partnership Scheme - which removes all the hassle and helps to maximise letting opportunities through Haven during key periods of the year.
Whichever scheme you choose you can be assured of a full service clean after each use of holidaymakers to ensure your Holiday Home is left in tip-top condition.
